It has been reported that producer Joe Nasser is developing a film called Hollywood Brats which we will be based on the real life scandals of three young celebrities.

Nasser, the executive producer of the new movie based on the life and death of Anna Nicole Smith, is reportedly in pre-production on the film, but has not revealed which celebrities the film will be based on. It has been rumored that the film could focus on Lindsay Lohan, Paris Hilton, Britney Spears, or Nicole Richie…the bad girls of Hollywood. Nasser said, "It’s all about these girls in Hollywood getting into trouble. You see them all go to jail, you see them get arrested, you see the, go through trials and tribulations."
The script will reportedly use the real names of the celebrities that the film will focus on. As far as whom the film will focus on….Nasser isn’t saying. He said, "I’m not allowed to let those names out yet." He said that the movie is going to be about "real people" and will be based on "the public record." The film has not been cast yet and is set to begin filming on October 30. Nasser said that the film could be based on celebrities without getting their permission "as long as we stick to the truth."
So who would make the best "brats"? Lohan, at the tender age of 21, is currently enjoying her third rehab stint this year, has had two DUI and cocaine possession arrests this year, was sentenced to a day in jail, and is facing a lawsuit or two. Hilton spent 23 days in jail after violating terms of her probation on an alcohol-related charge from last September. Richie spent a mere 82 minutes of her four-day sentence in jail for her DUI arrest in December 2006. At the time of her arrest Richie told police she had taken Vicodin and smoked marijuana before getting behind the wheel. She is currently expecting her first child with Good Charlotte frontman Joel Madden. Spears has suffered a virtual meltdown since splitting from hubby Kevin Federline last November. She spent time in a rehab after shaving her head and is currently embroiled in a nasty custody battle with Federline over their two young sons – Sean Preston and Jayden James.
