Icy Holiday Punch

Ingredients
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 2 liters ginger ale, chilled
  • 1 package (6 ounces) cherry gelatin
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 6 cups cold water
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 can (46 ounces) pineapple juice
Process

Dissolve gelatin and sugar in a boiling water, in a 4-qt freeze proof container. Mix well and add in pineapple juice along with cold water. Cover well and keep it in the freezer, overnight. Remove out of the freezer, 2 hours before serving. Serve in a bowl and add ginger ale before serving. Your icy holiday punch recipe is ready!

Low Fat Holiday Punch
If you are constantly thinking about your diet plan, even during holidays then you should try this low fat holiday punch. It will awaken your taste buds and take care of your health.

Ingredients
  • 1 (4 ounce) jar maraschino cherries, soaked in
  • 1 cup lemon juice, well chilled
  • rum
  • 1 small cinnamon stick, per glass
  • 1 (32 ounce) bottle cranberry juice cocktail, well chilled
  • 2 teaspoons almond extract
  • 1 (46 ounce) can unsweetened pineapple juice, well chilled
  • 20 ounces dark rum or white rum or spiced rum or coconut rum (Or a mixture of one or all)
  • 1 orange, sliced (to garnish)
  • 2 cups orange juice, well chilled
  • 2 cups orange juice, well chilled
  • 1 (33 7/8 ounce) bottle ginger ale or 7-Up soda, chilled
Process

Combine cranberry juice, pineapple juice, lemon juice, orange juice, ½ of the ginger ale and almond extract together in a punch bowl. Add rest of the ginger ale, rum and orange slices to the punch bowl and add lots of ice. For serving, garnish each glass with cinnamon stick and cherry.

Holiday Punch with Alcohol
If you do not want the regular punch, and are craving for something new, something that will suit the holiday mood, this holiday punch recipe with alcohol is for you.

Ingredients
  • One 12-ounce can frozen apple-juice concentrate
  • 1 liter bottle chilled ginger ale
  • 2 liter bottles chilled club soda
  • 1 12-ounce can frozen raspberry-cranberry-juice cocktail concentrate
  • 1 12-ounce can frozen cranberry-juice cocktail concentrate
  • 3 cups chilled vodka
  • 1 12-ounce can frozen lemonade concentrate
  • 2 cups cold water
Process

Combine frozen concentrates in a larger punch bowl. Beat and mix well and keep in the refrigerator until it becomes completely chilled. While serving, add ginger ale, water, vodka and club soda. Do not forget to put plenty of ice on top.

Holiday Punch Without Alcohol
If you do not take alcohol or if your resolution for new year is to quit alcohol, give it a kick start with this holiday punch recipe without alcohol. Holiday punch recipes without alcoholic, are difficult to find. But here is one pure non-alcoholic recipe for you.

Ingredients
  • 4 cups cranberry juice cocktail
  • 1 orange, sliced in rounds
  • 2 cups orange juice 1 (4 ounce) jar maraschino cherries
  • 8 cups prepared lemonade
  • 1 (2 liter) bottle ginger ale
Process

Combine lemonade, orange juice, cranberry juice cocktail in a large punch bowl. Stir in maraschino cherries and refrigerate for at least two hours. While serving, pour in ginger ale and garnish each glass with a slice of orange.
