  • 2 - 4 dashes of hot sauce
  • Dash of salt
Preparation

Take the beaten egg whites in a bowl and add shredded cheese to it. This should be followed by paprika, flour, parsley flakes, hot sauce and salt. Make small round balls with the mixture and set aside. Stir till all the ingredients are completely blended. Take a heavy saucepan and heat some vegetable oil in it. Ingredients
  • 4 ounces whipping cream or milk
  • 14 ounces bittersweet chocolate, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla or 2 tablespoons liqueur
Preparation

Take cream in a small saucepan and heat it over a medium to low flame. Just before the cream begins to boil, take off the saucepan from the flame. Add chocolate to the hot cream and cover the pan for 4 - 5 minutes. After five minutes, combine the cream and chocolate together with a spatula till the mixture becomes smooth. Add liqueur or vanilla to the mixture and pour it into a fondue pot. You can serve the chocolate fondue with some tasty dippers.
