Hitler-styled Law on Charities Reveals the Racist Nature of the Pseudo-Ethiopian Colonial State

Money stolen from illegally occupied lands, monstrously subjugated nations, and mercilessly tyrannized peoples has been abundantly and for long spent by Abyssinian embassies allover the world in order to confuse the international public opinion and create a false image of the world’s most evil, most racist, and most inhuman state: Abyssinia – fallaciously and criminally re-baptized ‘Ethiopia’.

The plain historical truth is that this "Ethiopia" is not the real historical Ethiopia, which – extensively narrated in Greek and Roman historical sources – is located in part of today’s Sudan’s territory. The present fallacy of ‘Ethiopia’ is in fact the criminal state of barbaric Abyssinia, the world’s most backward realm.

Why Abyssinia was fallaciously re-baptized ‘Ethiopia’

As it can be easily deduced, no one changes a real name with a fallacy, unless a real interest is hidden behind.

The interest of the dark, medieval, tyrannical, racist, inhuman, and viciously anti-Western Abyssinian kingdom to get re-baptized as ‘Ethiopia’ in the middle of the 20th century hinges on the need to hide the reality that, following the Abyssinian colonial invasions of vast territories, the country expanded much and the Semitic Abyssinians (mainly the Amhara and Tigray tribes) were a tiny minority of slightly less than 30% among the subjugated Kushitic and Nilo –Saharan nations, namely the Oromos, the Afars, the Sidamas, the Ogadenis, the Kaffas, the Shekachos, the Kambaatas, the Hadiyas, the Gedeos, the Anuak, the Nuer, the Agaws, the Shinashas, the Gumuz and the Bertas.

In fact, the Abyssinian invaders’ past is of lower cultural radiation and shorter historical tradition; worse, it is not even African. The ancestors of today’s Amharas and Tigrays are alien to Africa, having come from Yemen. They established a port of call at Adulis (nearby the modern Eritrean harbour of Massawa), and later expanded inland where Axum became their capital.

When the Axumite Abyssinians were still in Yemen, identified with the Yemenite tribe of Habashat (and known through Ancient Yemenite epigraphic sources), the ancestors of today’s Oromos were building the pyramids of Napata (near today’s Karima city in Northern Sudan) and Meroe (near today’s Bagrawiyah, in the SE of Karima and NE of Khartoum), the great Kushitic capitals of the state that was known to Greeks and Romans as Ethiopia, and to Egyptians, Phoenicians, Aramaeans, Hebrews, Assyrians and Babylonians as Kas or Kush.

The Use of the Name ‘Ethiopia’ must be internationally prohibited to Abyssinia (Fake ‘Ethiopia’).

To usurp History that is not theirs, Antiquities that are more illustrious than theirs, Culture that is definitely more exquisite and more sophisticated than theirs, and a Millennia-long Past of which the Abyssinians are surely deprived, they attempted to impose as appellation for their illegally expanded Abyssinia the irrelevant (to Amhara and Tigray Abyssinians) name of ‘Ethiopia’.

The attempt would not be only historically significant; it would and actually did have great political importance, as it gave, as far as the fake state ‘Ethiopia’ is concerned, to the entire world the impression of a Kushitic state, which is a shameful lie.

In fact, the fake state ‘Ethiopia’ is an Abyssinian, Semitic – viciously anti-Kushitic and anti-Ethiopian – state whereby the Ethiopians, namely the Oromos, the Sidamas, the Afars and others, are persecuted by the Abyssinian minority which is shamelessly hidden behind the fraudulent label of ‘Ethiopia’.

This fallacy has been diffused allover the world by the Amhara and Tigray Monophysitic Abyssinian diplomats who – through their criminal deeds – pursue a systematic policy of spiritual genocide against all the subjugated nations whom they fallaciously depict as part of a pseudo-nation, absorbing their past, imposing on them the Semitic, Abyssinian, non-Kushitic, pseudo-Ethiopian culture, religion and language (the idiom of Amharic), and preventing them from preserving their own cultures, religions, and languages.

In fact, the Amhara and Tigray Monophysitic Abyssinian diplomats do not represent more than 18% of the local population, because they methodically and criminally work against not only the non-Abyssinian majority (ca. 70-71%) but also the Abyssinian Muslims, who – totaling approximately 40% of the Abyssinian Amharas and Tigrays – constitute another oppressed and tyrannized ethno-religious group that passionately desires (like all the rest) the total dissolution of the evil colonial state Abyssinia that only the interests of colonial England and France helped create, expand, and sustain. It has to be taken into consideration that the territories historically ascribed to Abyssinians represent ca. 10% of the present – illegally occupied – territory of the fake ‘Ethiopian’ state.

Within the aforementioned context, it becomes clear that no freedom can be tolerated in Africa’s most excruciating tyranny, no civil society can be allowed to function there, and no Human Rights can be respected.

Collectively criminal the Amhara and Tigray Monophysitic (pseudo-Christian) Abyssinian elite must become a matter of the utmost concern for the United Nations; peace, democracy and development in Eastern Africa will become a dream come true, only following a UN/US-led occupation of the pseudo-Ethiopian tyranny, and the subsequent formation of 14 states – precisely as it happened in Yugoslavia.

Any Amhara and Tigray political leader calling for preservation of the pseudo-Ethiopian state should be considered as expressing a hateful call to Serial Genocide, and thus taken to the International Court of Justice.

Greater than the procedures pursued against the Serb criminals, a Nurnberg-style Trial should take place for all the criminals who contributed to the prolongation of the humanly and morally impermissible state of Fake ‘Ethiopia’.

With the enthusiastic support of all the diplomatically misrepresented, and locally tyrannized, massacred, and dehumanized, subjugated nations, the Oromos, the Afars, the Sidamas, the Ogadenis, the Kaffas, the Shekachos, the Kambaatas, the Hadiyas, the Gedeos, the Anuak, the Nuer, the Agaws, the Shinashas, the Gumuz and the Bertas, and the Muslim Abyssinians (who all total more than 82% of the destitute country), a UN/US-led intervention will be met with great success.

Cancel the Communist Laws of the Fake ‘Ethiopian’ Tyranny!

As communist laws are still widely in use in the racist state ‘Ethiopia’, and land ownership is strictly prohibited, all the UN – US forces will have to do will be to eliminate Amhara and Tigray Monophysitic Abyssinian presence outside the borders of the Amhara and Tigray states, and distribute equally and honestly the land to all the Oromos, the Afars, the Sidamas, the Ogadenis, the Kaffas, the Shekachos, the Kambaatas, the Hadiyas, the Gedeos, the Anuak, the Nuer, the Agaws, the Shinashas, the Gumuz and the Bertas.

Only then, starvation will become a bad memory, tyranny will be remembered as a nightmare, and Islamic terrorism will be averted throughout Eastern Africa.

Ethiopia: New Law on Charities Passed Despite Objections

Addis Ababa, 6 January 2009 (IRIN) - Ethiopia's parliament has passed a law to regulate charities, despite strong criticism from opposition politicians, international human rights groups and national civil society organisations.

The Proclamation for the Registration and Regulation of Charities and Societies was passed by the government-dominated 547-seat parliament with 327 members in favour and 79 against.

"The non-governmental organisations [law] will redefine their areas of operation," Berahnu Adelo, an official in the Prime Minster's office, said in Addis Ababa. "Those that are working more on development will continue with us."

Meles Tilahun, a whip in parliament, told IRIN in December: "The law is needed to create a conducive environment for NGOs and CSOs and provide a separate legal framework for them. It does not mean to shut them down."

The bill was passed on 6 January during an ordinary session of the House despite strong objections by opposition politicians who are a minority. Mesfin Nemera of the Oromo Federalist Democratic Movement party walked out.

"I simply do not have [the] language to express what this law is [about]," Beyene Petros, chairman of the United Democratic Forces party, told IRIN. "It is a scheme to stifle societal activity and voluntary initiatives which would assist both political and economic progress in this country."

Critics argue that the new rules, especially on foreign funding of local NGOs, would hurt human rights groups critical of the government and could disrupt aid operations by such groups.

The government, however, says charities have been used by political activists who are working on "other issues", not "catastrophes that required aid and assistance", according to a September 2008 statement.

Eshetu Bekele, head of the National Task Force on Enabling the Environment of Civil Society Organizations in Ethiopia, said the new law could restrict funding and the scope of charities’ activities.

"There are organisations that are very fragile in their capacity and organisational structure," he told IRIN in Addis Ababa. "Those might close down."

Former UN High Commissioner for Human Rights, Mary Robinson, told IRIN: "I am very concerned about this legislation. It is regrettable to have legislation which might close the enabling space for civil society because it is actually part of the development of a country."

Oversight agency

The law establishes an oversight agency, rules and supervision for the establishment of trusts and endowments, societies and charities. Rules governing fund-raising, membership and governance are detailed.

It also sets tough penalties and powers to investigate and oversee charities, and restricts activity in human and democratic rights, gender or ethnic equality, conflict resolution, the strengthening of judicial practices or law enforcement.

Only Ethiopian charities or societies with no more than 10 percent of their spending coming from "foreign sources" would be able to work in those areas.

The law has been criticized by Human Rights Watch, Amnesty International, the development committee of the European Parliament, the civil society lobby group CIVICUS and the US government.
