HGH Releasers

Looking for information about HGH releasers? Look no further, this article will explain the facts you should know about these supplements and who should use them.
HGH stands for Human Growth Hormone - the growth hormone that is responsible for growth, cell regeneration and reproduction in the human body. Within the body, the growth hormone is produced by the anterior pituitary gland and secreted by somatotroph cells, known as growth hormone 1, or somatotropin. Growth hormone 2, is also now produced artificially, by advances in genetics that deal with the manufacture of hormones through artificial DNA - the product of this process is known as HGH, or somatropin. Growth hormones have traditionally been used to treat children with growth related disorders, but over the recent years, HGH has also been touted as highly effective agent for the treatment of obesity and to reverse the signs of aging. The use of HGH as an anabolic agent by professional athletes has been the subject of controversy, and is currently banned, however it's only recently that blood tests can differentiate between artificial HGH releasers and those produced by the body. As a supplement, these are believed to have a number of benefits, some of which are discussed below.

Facts

There's widespread debate regarding the effectiveness of artificially manufactured HGH supplements, with divergent views - some reviews proclaim them as miraculous, while others are of the opinion that the whole thing is a scam. The fact remains however, that HGH is a banned substance for those in professional sports. Within the human body, HGH is a critical hormone that controls growth patterns - as age advances, levels of HGH lessen, as the body stabilizes and maximum growth potential, as determined by genetic patterns and other complex mechanisms, is achieved. As production decreases, the effects of aging begin to show, and muscle mass decreases, without sufficient levels of HGH to negate their effect. The use of HGH supplements can at this stage, provide some beneficial results, as preliminary evidence suggests.

Synthetic HGH injections have been effective in increasing muscle mass and show anti-aging properties, though they are banned by the FDA, except for the treatment of children who suffer from severe deficiencies, or those who suffer from medical conditions that can benefit from this form of supplementation. The injections are also associated with some HGH side effects which include:
  • Swelling in the arms and legs
  • High blood pressure
  • Joint pain
  • Increased risk of carpal tunnel syndrome, diabetes and heart disease
For the most part however, natural HGH releasers in the form of supplements seem to be able to bypass these issues. Their therapeutic use, unrelated to the treatment of disease or deficiency has garnered attention, as studies revealed anti-aging properties relating directly to increased muscle mass and decreased levels of fat. However they did not seem to impact other associated areas that indicate increased health or fitness such as cholesterol, lipid profiles or bone density. Although HGH has been used for the treatment of a variety of other conditions such as multiple sclerosis, Crohn's disease and fibromyalgia, it has yet to be established as an acceptable and official method of treatment, and has been the subject of a good deal of debate and controversy.

The best HGH releasers will fairly obviously, offer all the benefits with minimum side effects if any, but there is currently little evidence to suggest that such a product is available. In the meantime, should you choose to take these supplements, make sure you check for FDA compliance and associated risks if any. It's best to seek the advice of a health care professional before popping pills however beneficial they may claim to be. In the interest of health and longevity, it may be a better idea to exercise regularly, eat healthy and rest enough.
