How To Get Pregnant Fast Naturally
1. Developing a healthy body: If you don't workout, start going on runs, bike rides and any other activity that develops good cardiovascular strength and a strong body.
2. Address your diet Immediately: Your diet is one of the most important factors in developing a healthy body and getting it prepared for a pregnancy, carrying a healthy baby.
Your diet should include foods that are almost solely organic and cooked at home and not full of toxins. You cannot afford to eat processed foods that are killing and destroying your body everyday.
Now, I don't mean "diet" foods. "Diet" foods and healthy foods are two totally different things.
For instance: Organic Butter is a great healthy food, but is terrible for "dieting" because it's high in calories. However, it's natural and good for the body, especially compared to margarine, which is full of bad fats.
3. Add a Multi-Vitamin: Vitamins will help you get in all the nutrition that you miss. What you are trying to accomplish is getting your body and it's hormones in perfect balance. Don't forget the importance of water. Every function in the body needs water. It's that important!
You do that first by addressing your diet, then by making it stronger.
4. Find out when you are Ovulating: You want to have intercourse during this time. It's generally 10-14 days after your period. This is when you're most fertile. It can vary with different people, so have it checked. Pharmacies and super stores alike carry ovulation monitors.
We just had a friend that was trying to get pregnant with no success. Then, they went to the doctor in their country and found out she actually ovulates during days 19-22. They changed their plan, had intercourse during this time and shortly after, they got pregnant.
3. Sexual Positions to Get Pregnant: There are two main positions that will help you get pregnant. Those are missionary and "doggy style".
4. How Often you should try?: You should try every 3-4 days when your not ovulating and daily when you are ovulating.
On days leading up to ovulation, you should not have intercourse so that your your partner's sperm count is as high as it can be on day one of your ovulation. This will increase your chances of getting pregnant too.
5. Keep your stress level down: Stress plays so many tricks on the body. Therefore, watching funny movies, having a good laugh, not worrying about things and just being happy-go-lucky for a while will really help you trying to get pregnant and having a healthy pregnancy.
6. Get a checkup at the doctor: Have the doctor do a pap smear, check your vitals and your basic health. If you have been trying to get pregnant for a while and not seeing any results, ask the doctor about endometriosis. The earlier you catch this problem, the better, so don't delay.
Before you get any treatments for endometriosis, you may want to try a fertility pill first. I am not a fan of pills or the oh-so-conventional "cut me open" and give me pills prescription that is sweeping the world's doctors because you can do it naturally. So, save the conventional medical treatments for a last resort, when you're trying to get pregnant.
