Help!! From Author of Secret Love Affair

I really need help thinking of a way to get my story moving. I've been trying to write the 4th chap on my free time but whenever I start typing or open my notebook I blank. So I would greatly appreciate any ideas or suggestion. Just so you know, I do know the basic outline and how it's going to end because it's based on true events but with different names/ places. a.k.a. I know who the love affair is with.
