Heather Locklear Leaves Treatment

Locklear, 46, entered an in-patient facility in Arizona on June 19 to deal with anxiety and depression. At the time her publicist released a statement that read, "Heather has been dealing with anxiety and depression. She requested an in-depth evaluation of her medication and entered a medical facility for proper diagnosis and treatment. This is a confidential medical matter and no further statement will be released." A friend of Locklear’s said that her recover is a "work in progress," but that she seemed "rejuvenated." Her friend said that she is most excited to be "back home with daughter Ava." While in treatment, Locklear reportedly spent quality time alone, rode horses, and enjoyed therapeutic spa treatments.

In March, in was rumored that Locklear had tried to commit suicide. A man called and told the police that he had spoken with a distraught Locklear and he thought she might overdose on prescription medication. Police quickly responded to the call and when they showed up at Locklear’s home in Thousand Oaks, California stated that she did not request any assistance and that she was "fine." Locklear’s rep said at the time, "She never requested assistance and did not place the 911 call. Nor did anyone from her house call 911 or place a call requesting medical assistance."

Locklear divorced Bon Jovi guitarist Richie Sambora last year after almost 13 years of marriage. The couple has a 10-year old daughter, Ava. She was previously married to Motley Crue drummer Tommy Lee from 1986 to 1993. Locklear is currently dating her Melrose Place co-star Jack Wagner.
