Heather Locklear & David Spade: Round 2?

Spade and a number of friends, including Locklear, showed up at Motorola’s 8th anniversary party on Thursday night. Locklear and Spade reportedly ended their relationship in September, but appeared to be very interested in one another on Thursday night. Sources said the two looked very happy with one another and Locklear was even spotted resting her hand on Spade’s inner thigh. It was reported that Bel Biv Devoe’s hit Poison started playing and Spade got up to dance. He allegedly looked at Locklear and sang the lyrics, "That girl is poison!" Locklear responded with a giggle. Spade, 42, and Locklear, 45, reportedly cuddled all night before leaving halfway through a performance by Christina Aguilera.

Locklear and Spade were first reported to be dating in April shortly after she left her husband Richie Sambora. The two reportedly share a manager and have been friends for years, but their friendship turned romantic when she became single. The two were spotted holding hands and making out in early April. Their relationship last for about six-months despite the fact that they denied a romance saying that they were "just friends."

It was rumored that the two made a mutual decision to "take a break from their relationship" in early September. The source said at the time, "Heather is still going through a lot with Denise [Richards] and [estranged husband] Richie [Sambora]. It’s just too soon for her to get serious. They are still friends. It’s not ugly." Maybe they are just friends…friends with benefits?
