Healthy Eating Habits Healthy Weight

If losing weight is one of your goals you will need to adopt healthy eating habits. How many times have you heard that before? We say it to ourselves. But what do we do about it? Keep reading and I'll give you the answer you're looking for.
I'm sure everyone has noticed all the rhetoric out there on how to lose weight. Do this don't do that, it's becoming a mantra and it seems like they all bought the same cookie cutter ad copy that was on sale. Every where you turn someone has the latest and greatest diet program and weight loss system. Let me ask you something. What made you buy a weight loss program the first time? Was it the promise to help you lose weight fast, get you back in that bathing suit, cure your health problems, get more energy, sleep better, be more attractive to your wife/husband?

I could probably go all day with this. Can I ask you another question? How many programs did you research that told you the same things over and over and how many weight loss programs did you buy? Statistics show that the average person trying to lose weight or develop healthy eating habits will purchase between 5 -10 diet programs searching for the one that gets results. When in fact they all give results to some degree.
But the weight loss companies know this, their not stupid. They know that only a small percentage of people who buy there program will stick with it and lose weight. So that leaves the majority who are disappointed with their results to come back again and again to try something else and the weight loss companies just keep selling to the same people over and over again. Let me ask you something. As you look around your home
how many different kinds of fitness gadgets and equipment do you own? Which ones do you use on a regular basis? In the past I would have answered around 5 pieces of equipment and I don't use any of them. But any one gadget would have produced results.....if I used it.

So what do we do about it? We get back to the basics. Here is your check list:
Stop eating:
Chips
Cookies
Breakfast bars
Candy
Ice cream
French fries
Potatoes
White bread
Pasta

Stop drinking:
Soda
Fruit drinks
Monster type drinks
Milk

There it is. Eat and drink everything else as long as it's during breakfast, lunch or dinner. You will strip fat off your body like no tomorrow, with or without exercise. And you'll start to develop healthy eating habits for a healthy life.
