You need to purify your system with plenty of water to start. You can actually cause damage to your system as toxins will go into your blood stream overly-so without plenty of water. Not drinking enough water alone prevents most exercise programs from continuing. The average amount is 8 glasses, but you need at least 4 glasses more, if you’re over 50 lbs. over-weight.
Depression takes away energy, and toxins make you more depressed the first 21 days approximately of your program. Don't give up, and keep flushing your system with fruits and vegetables, naturally high in alkalies that clean your system. You won't believe that things can change so dramatically for the better, as exercise also cleans your blood, and is vital to the functioning of all your parts, and brain chemistry!
Vitamin C comes in several forms, synthetic and natural. You can use the herbal rose-hip type, or ester of C. If you use ascorbic acid type C, well that's up to you, as this is a man-made chemical type. I've used all types and they give me more energy, and thin down your blood to prevent cramps, as well. It's said that if you can pass this 21 day period that the probable odds of you staying with it dramatically improve! So your goal should be to continue for 21 days, and the pains and other toxins will be eliminated little by little. Do all things in moderation, it was said. You don't want to tear weak tendons and you need plenty of vitamin D, that works with calcium so you can exercise inside as well, when the sun is a-far off, or it's snowing and rays are insufficient.
