Headaches, Dizziness and Fatigue
Almost all of us at some point in our lives must have suffered from headaches, dizziness and fatigue. These three conditions cause a lot of irritability for an individual and he/she is just frustrated with everything around. In this article we are going to list out the main causes of these health disorders.

You're suddenly feeling way to tired and drained out for no reason. You have lost interest in everything, your head hurts most of the time and you just can't stop feeling dizzy. You are too tired to perform any physical task and no amount of tea or coffee can keep you fresh and there's also a dip in your sexual life, why does this happen? What is causing this constant cycle of head-pains, dizziness and extreme exhaustion? Let's check out some causes...
Migraine
One of the most common causes of headaches and dizziness are the much feared migraines. Migraines are very common in people and in most cases it's hereditary. This severe headache poses a major threat to life, can last up to 72 hours and sometimes don't respond to regular treatment. People suffer from migraines when there's a sudden rise or drop in the levels of serotonin (chemical in the brain). Migraine attacks are also triggered when humans are exposed to certain type of drinks, foods or chemicals. Migraine headaches are also common in people who suffer from depression.
Anemia
One of the main causes of headaches, dizziness and fatigue is anemia. It's a condition in which the person experiences a drop in the healthy red blood cells in the body. These red blood cells do the job of keeping tissues and cells alive in the body by supplying oxygen to them. If you are experiencing anemia, it's common sense that you will feel tired and dizzy in everything you do because there is no oxygen for your cells to breathe. There's a certain kind of anemia called the sickle cell anemia which misshapen the shape of the red blood cells. These misshapen cells cannot function properly and die off very soon, this continuous dying of cells causes a shortage in the levels of red blood cells. Less red blood cells means less oxygen levels in the body and anemia's initial symptoms are headaches, dizziness and lots of fatigue.
Cardiovascular Disease
People suffer from a cardio vascular condition when they receive a huge shock or in most cases when their chest arteries are filled with cholesterol. This cholesterol deposition narrows the size of the arteries and therefore restricts normal blood flow and oxygen supply. I think there's no need to say that a heart without proper levels of blood and oxygen is going to work harder resulting in fatigue and dizziness often.
Lack of Nutrition
An individual who is deprived of a nutritious diet is surely going to suffer from headaches and fatigue. Lack of nutrition is defined when people don't consume essential nutrients and the result is a weak immune system which leaves them vulnerable to the attacks of infections and disorders. Lack of essential nutrients can adversely affect the body's organs causing the body to suffer from chronic fatigue and dizziness. Brain damage, sleep deprivation, bone pain, muscle wastage and unhealthy weight loss or weight gain are some of the few symptoms of lack of nutrition. An improper diet which causes low blood sugar is one of the main causes of dizziness.
Pregnancy
While any woman would be lucky to get pregnant, however, pregnancy has its own set of complications. When women get pregnant they also undergo hormonal changes which leads to frequent headaches and dizziness. Pregnancy headaches are a part and parcel of a woman's life and almost 90% of the women suffer from it during pregnancy.
So these were some of the main reasons why people suffer from headaches, dizziness and fatigue. After a long day at the office or after returning from a trip, it's very common to suffer from all the three conditions, but if it has become a frequent occasion then it's better to get yourself checked.
