He is Her Hero
A young man saves her, from herself. But whatever…this is my first.
He carries her through times of struggle
He helps her up, when she falls
He listens intently as she cries
He stops her before she puts the blade to her wrist
He tells her everything’s going to be ok
He lets her know what a great person she is
He is her hero
She listens to his advice through her weeping tears
He hugs her as she cries on his shoulder
He grabs her wrist as she reaches for the shot glass
He tells her she doesn’t need it, for she has him
He knocks it over breaking the glass & hugs her tighter
He is her hero
From then he stayed close by
He is why she still lives
She’s thankful god sent her this guardian, this angel, this savior
He is her hero
He helps her up, when she falls
He listens intently as she cries
He stops her before she puts the blade to her wrist
He tells her everything’s going to be ok
He lets her know what a great person she is
He is her hero

He is her hero
From then he stayed close by
He is why she still lives
She’s thankful god sent her this guardian, this angel, this savior
He is her hero
