Having problems sleeping?

If you have problem sleeping you can follow few simple tips and see if they are helpful.
A lot of people suffer of insomnia and some statistics say that women suffer of insomnia more then man. We wonder why? We all know women are more sensitive. Loosing a job, or not finding one, a divorce or any other problem which seem to have no end, increases the risk of insomnia.

Poor sleep, trouble falling asleep, waking up too early in the morning, having a restless sleep, waking up during the night and having a problem going back to sleep, all those symptoms are showing us we have a problem. Not having enough sleep changes your mood and you can’t work efficiently.

The easy solution it’s to fill you up with medicine. Some of them are addicted, which are not recommended, some of them are with natural ingredients as Valerian Extract. Drugstores carry a lot remedies which you can buy over the counter, without prescription (Excedrin PM,Tylenol PM) and for some people they can really work, but for some other people they don’t work, so they try to get prescriptions for the strongest ones.

We recommend you to try one of these methods:
  1. Don’t eat before you go to sleep, it is very hard to fall asleep when your stomach it is full.
  2. Try to forget all your worries outside of your bed. Don’t make any plans in bad, don’t rearrange your house or apartment in your mind, don’t worry about what somebody close to you or a friend told you. Making your brain work it is never going to get you to sleep. Think about nothing it is the only way you are going to relax and sleep.
  3. Before bad try to drink warm milk or try a calming tea as Valerian Tea, Relaxing tea, Bed Sleeping Time.
  4. Try to use your bed only for sleep and sex. Don’t spend time in bed during the day, for reading or other activities and don’t take naps.
  5. Don’t try to get yourself really tired, thinking that it is going to help you falling asleep faster or sleeping better. It is not working. Your body is too tensioned to be able to relax.
  6. Don’t drink excessive. Your brain it gets excited and refuses to shut down for the night.
  7. Also you can try some therapies to help you relax and rest.
  8. Relaxing therapy: this type of therapy helps to reduce stress and body tension. Your mind is able to stop "racing," the muscles can relax, and you can get a peaceful sleep.
  9. Sleep Restriction. This treatment involves, for example, going to bed later at night or getting up very early in the morning and every night increasing the amount of time in bed until the person is able to get enough sleep throughout the night.

If any of these methods don’t work you have to see a doctor. Be aware
of the importance of a good sleep and do not ignore this situation.
