Hardening of the Artery - Reversing this Disease

You know hardening of the artery as Atherosclerosis, blocked artery, clogged artery and artery blockage, but do you know how to reverse it? Read more to find out how to.
Very common in today's society is hardening of the artery. Generally this is a accumulation over time of calcium, minerals and fats that have built up in the blood vessels and formed plaque. This plaque buildup restricts the blood flow starving body tissue from receiving oxygen and nutrients.

If this buildup is severe enough you can have a heart attack, stroke or a number of other problems. The remedy for hardening of the artery is a preventative plan of nutrition and exercise. Depending upon the degree, if you have a blocked artery the treatment may require immediate attention, it you have a clogged artery the treatment will be determined by the percentage of which the artery is clogged.

If your unaware of some of the symptoms, here are a few to look for:

1. Chest Pain - the most common, a deep inner chest cavity pain, like a muscle cramp under the chest cavity.

2. Weakness - or numbness caused by blood not flowing to that part of the body. In the brain it's called a stroke.

3. Pain In Legs Or Arms - this can be a sign that some degree of artery blockage has occurred which starves those parts and creates intense pain

There are a few steps you can take is your arteries are hardening, the most common is higher dosages of vitamin C. Vitamin C is a toxin remover and taking higher dosages will not harm you because this vitamin is water soluble, meaning that the unused portion dilutes with water.

If your condition requires a more focused solution we now have EDTA for you. EDTA (know as - ethylenediamine tetra-acetic acid) is a synthetic amino acid which gradually removes the plaque from your arteries. There are two applications you can take.

If you have any indication of hardening of the artery or just want to learn more, go to Artery Blockage and get the low down on EDTA and artery health.
