As another year wheels around,
It's time to make a birthday greeting,
To a very special friend I've found,
To send a smile and a birthday kiss,
With a rose of crimson red,
A soft and velvet beauty to behold,
To compliment a friend.
Be happy on this special day,
Smile from dawn till sunset,
Then dream sweet dreams while you sleep,
And may you realize the best.
I look forward to another year,
With you as a special friend,
