Hence, it is important to make certain important changes in your lifestyle to fight stressful situations at work. One of the most important factor is to follow a healthy diet. Many times, during stressful situations people tend to either lose their appetite or indulge in binge eating. As both these factors are bad for the body and mind, it is important that we learn to eat healthy foods. Apart from this, indulging in exercises like jogging, aerobics, walking, etc. also helps in relieving work related stress. Another important factor that helps in reducing the stress experienced at work is taking an ample amount of rest. Do not deprive yourself of sleep and make it a point to sleep at least for 8-9 hours everyday.
