With Noodles: Double Cheese Hamburger and Noodle Casserole
Ingredients: Ground beef, butter (2 tablespoons), clove garlic, salt, sugar, pepper, soy sauce (one tablespoon), tomato sauce (one can), noodles, cream, cheddar cheese, green onions (sliced).
Procedure: Fry the beef piece in butter until brown with addition of all the spices. Allow the mixture to simmer for 20 minutes. Meanwhile, cook the noodles until they are tender and drain them. In another bowl, mix cream, cheddar cheese and green onions. Now take the baking dish and spread the noodles at the base followed by the cream cheese mixture and later with the beef layer. Repeat these layers and top with cheddar cheese again. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degree F.
With Potatoes: Green bean, Hamburger and Mashed Potato Casserole
Ingredients: Onions (diced), tomato soup (2 cans), cheese (grated), potatoes (boiled), salt, pepper, butter, milk, green beans (2 cans), hamburgers.
Procedure: In a frying pan, fry the hamburger and the onions until brown. Add green beans and tomato soup onto it and mix well. Add salt and pepper for taste. Shift this mixture into a casserole baking dish. Meanwhile, mash the boiled potatoes with salt pepper, milk and butter and spread on top of the mixture. Sprinkle grated cheese and serve with salads or garlic bread.
With Rice: Hamburger Broccoli and Rice Casserole
Ingredients: Hamburgers, rice (cooked), broccoli (cut), cream of mushroom soup (one can), butter (2 tablespoons), onions (chopped), cheese.
Procedure: Fry the hamburger in a pan with onions. Simultaneously cook the broccoli and rice. In a bowl, mix rice, broccoli, mushroom soup and onions. Now take the fried hamburger and place at the bottom of the casserole dish. Top it with sliced cheese, then broccoli and rice mixture and some more cheese. Bake in oven at 350 degree F until the cheese melts.
Zucchini, Hamburger and Tomato Casserole
Ingredients: Ground beef, onions, tomatoes (chopped), chicken broth, zucchini, salt, pepper, thyme, basil, rice.
Procedure: You need to fry the ground beef and onions properly in a pan. Later add chicken broth and tomatoes and stir well. Add zucchini, sugar, salt, pepper, thyme and basil and continue cooking until the zucchini is tender. Serve in a bowl.
