Halle Berry Expecting?

The rumor mill has been in overdrive since it has been rumored that the Oscar winning actress is expecting her first child sometime next year. It has not been confirmed if the actress is expecting or not, and if she is it has not been confirmed who is the father. She has been dating male model Gabriel Aubrey since they met at a photo shoot in November 2005. So if she is indeed pregnant, Aubrey would probably be number one on the Daddy List.

Berry has not always been lucky in love. In the early 90’s she dated someone that beat her up causing her to lose most of the hearing in her right ear. She was then married to pro-baller David Justice from 1992-1996. The marriage reportedly ended very badly. Her second marriage to R & B singer Eric Benet ended after only two-years of marriage. The couple reportedly split due to Benet’s sexual addiction. After that marriage ended, Berry vowed that she would never get remarried, but always said that she would love to be a mother. She said in an interview a few years ago, "It looks like the only option I have left is to head for the sperm bank. I’ve been so desperately unlucky in love and that has thwarted my desire for motherhood. It’s so frustrating. The only other option would be adoption. I really yearn for a child and I can’t wait much longer."

Berry’s latest film Tulia was reportedly put on hold due to her alleged pregnancy. The film was reportedly set to start filming and was to be about a drug and racial profiling case in Tulia, Texas. Berry was set to star alongside Billy Bob Thornton in the John Singleton directed film which was to be released in 2008. A source has said that the film has not been scrapped it has just been put on hold for now.
