Hairloss Solutions

Hairloss can have a profound impact on any individual; it is very often genetic and cannot in many cases be avoided. In a bid to minimise or prevent hairloss many individuals employ the following tactic.
Hairloss affects many people across the world; it is estimated that around 7.9 million men and 1.6 million women in the UK suffer from hair loss problems. There is no easily solution to the problem nor is there any sure way of completely preventing or alleviating it except for perhaps surgery.

A hair transplant, or hair plugs as it is commonly referred to, is a painful operation that involves cutting an area of scalp and hair from the back of the neck and transplanting the hair follicle into the balding area.

Rather than opting for this type of surgery it is preferred by many men and women to try the over the counter products or home remedies. There is no home remedy that has clinically proven to stimulate hair growth but many people claim that remedies such as massaging the scalp with egg yolk or olive oil, washing the hair with water infused with lemons or rubbing the scalp with oils such as lavender, rosemary or jojoba.

There are many hair loss products available in the shops and online including Nourkin, a drug free supplement that provides the body with the nutrients necessary to stimulate natural hair growth. Regain is another hair loss product formulated for women that is rubbed or sprayed onto the scalp and is intended to re-stabilize the hair stopping it from falling out further and after time help the hair to regrow.

If you do not want to apply any formula or mixture to your scalp then it is recommended you get an Indian Head Massage, a massage will stimulate the scalp and increase the blood circulation which will strengthen the hair root.

However, none of these solutions are guaranteed to provide a cure for hair loss nor will they definitely provide hair regrowth.
