Guide to Brain Wave Vibration

Brain Wave Vibration is one of the most effective methods of achieving good healthy body and mind. This article serves as basic guide for Brain Wave Vibration.
The brain is the most critical organ in determining the health status of an individual. It also determines the behavior of the individual. A well functional brain is therefore an important component of humanity. It results in the person being in harmony with the environment. Such a person is likely to be at peace with oneself.

One can achieve brain education through brain wave vibration. It focuses on training the brain stem. The brain stem is the most essential part of the brain it determines the functioning of the brain. When properly trained, brain wave vibration results in a feel good effect and general positive energy. The brain stem controls critical functions of the brain such as controlling breathing, heart beat and stress management. All the subconscious elements of the body are controlled by the brain.

Brain education through brain wave vibration entails training the person to control breath. Because brain respiration determines the functionality of the brain, a good control of the brain wave vibration enables one to control the physical and emotional well being of the individual. Emotions such as anger are better controlled through learning brain wave vibration. It is a fact that the breathing in and out when in anger or under stress reduces the negative feelings.

Because the brain stem plays an important role in ensuring equilibrium, it needs to be able to coordinate properly with the neo-cortex. Through brain wave vibration, the neo-cortex which is the thinking part of the brain is made to be able to work independent of the brain stem. This therefore allows an easier control of matters that arise out of the body parts. For example, one stressful event should not result in continuous stress feeling. The inability to re-establish equilibrium between the brain stem and the neo-cortex is what contributes to continual stress.

To manage such negative energy as the stress, the ability to cope is enhanced through increased capacity for establishment of the equilibrium. The neo-cortex is the main coordination center in response to stress. It prepares the body for flight by sending a message to the brain stem.

Therefore to be able to control stress and other negative emotions, you will need to train your body to separate the signals from the neo-cortex from those of brain stem. Only when this is achieved, will the negative energy from the brain stem be channeled appropriately without having to interfere with the rest of the body. All negative energy are pent out and positive thoughts replaced by the neo-cortex information coordination center.

Brain Wave Vibration is one of the effective methods of achieving general good health. Using techniques such as Dahn Yoga by Master Ilchi Lee, the training of the brain stem is made to be both fun and easy.
