# Alright, time to put on some clothes now! Remember, when you are suffering from groin sweating or any other types of sweating problems, you must let your skin breath throughout the day. This you can do by putting on some fresh and clean cotton briefs. Such clothes are airy, light, absorbent and comfortable too, especially in the summer. Ensure that your briefs are not too loose, because in that case, your thighs would rub against each other thus, making the sweaty area worse.

# It is better if you do not make use of any perfume or cologne to get rid of the odor. The sweat may get mixed with such products and produce an undesirable odor. There might also be a risk of allergic reactions.
