Ingredients
  • White or brown bread, 2 slices
  • Salted or unsalted butter, 2 tablespoons
  • Cheese slices, 2
Procedure

Apply butter to one side of both the bread slices. Then place the cheese slices on top of one of the bread slices. Then place the other bread slice on top of the cheese in such a way that the buttered side of the bread is facing the cheese. Now, preheat the pan on medium heat for a while and then add the remaining of the butter to it. Once the butter is melted, place the sandwich on it and flip its side after 2 to 3 minutes. You will see that the flipped side has now turned golden brown in color. Now, heat the other side for just about a minute and remove the sandwich from the pan with help of a spatula.
