Elevated treadmill - Recent research proved that an elevated treadmill is approximately twice as effective at helping you lose fat as is riding a stationary bike. If you are going to do cardio work, the elevated treadmill can really strip off the pounds fast. Hit it hard for about 20-30 minutes.
