Grapefruit is a citrus fruit. Its size to similar to that of a pomelo and its outer covering is similar to that of an orange. It grows in clusters. It may be pink, white or red inside. Diet Plan

Breakfast - A cup of coffee or tea (without sugar) with two slices of bacon.

Lunch - Two eggs, any salad dressing, any quantity of meat as per your choice.

Snacks - A glass of tomato juice or skim milk.

Dinner - Five ounces of lean meat, salad includes red and green vegetables. A cup of tea or coffee can be taken.
