'Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories' followed the life and times of Victor Vance, a US Army soldier who gets wrongly and dishonorably discharged from service. Victor Vance is the brother of Lance Vance, the main protagonist in the game 'Grand Theft Auto: Vice City'.
