Good Meditation Tip for Beginners

Quick help for meditating.
In our daily life, it becomes more and more difficult to make some time for ourselves. Our mental thoughts and our own personal feelings. Meditation is an excellent way for you to connect back with who you are and what your passion is.

Meditation can be hard for beginners. You might think its goal oriented because thats how are life is. We are always setting goals or dreams to achieve. The biggest shocker for beginners is that meditation is not about goals. There is no peaceful state that you have to reach. In meditation you just be "present" in the moment. Not in your past or future events but present in the moment you are in.

Being present in the moment forces you to increase your awareness of your surroundings. How many times have you driven home from without ever recalling anything from your drive? This is because your mind is always distracted or living in its own world. This mental chatter blocks you from interacting with the world that is in front of you right now. Your time is very limited on this planet. Hence, you cannot be consumed about the past or future because you are here now and it is these present moments that make you who you are.

The best way to get into the present moment is by becoming aware of your senses. The senses of feel, taste, sound, sight and smell. Your mind takes you away from your sense, so you have to get back to your senses. Take a deep breath from your nostril all the way to your belly. Do not breath in to your lungs but rather your belly. Hold your breath for one second and exhale through your mouth. On the inhalation, tune into the world around you and explore the moment you are in.
