Good Girls....Bad??? - Chapter 9
So this chapter is short, sorry about that... but please comment anyway.... would you rather have her with Josh or Drake? And, the big thing I need to know... do you want her to become the singer for the band???

Bree's POV
I walk back home after listening to Josh's band. I loved it, they have so much talent! They, (well Josh) even asked if I was interested in trying out for the position of the lead singer. I said I would be happy too! So now, I am wicked excited for next Friday which Is when the people are coming to try out.
I feel really bad for Drake, he looked really upset when I saw him at Josh's house, and though I'm not sure why I feel like I have something to do with it. I knew I had to do something so I called him up.
"Hello?" he answers
"Hey, it's me!"
"Oh, hey"
"What's up?"
"Nothing much, how about you?"
"Oh not much, just got home"
"So........ how was the band?" he asked curiously
"Amazing! I can't believe the talent they got! And I'm tryin' out to be the lead singer! How sweet is that!?!?"
"Great." he said sounding upset
"Wait. What's wrong?"
"Nothing" he said with a little anger in his voice
"Drake?"
"Never mind, just do it. Try out. I don't care!"
"You don't want me to try out do you?"
"Did I say that?"
"Your implying it Drake"
"Whatever, I really couldn't care less right now"
"Oh"
"Yeh"
"Well I was just going to tell you I'm free tomorrow..... since you wanted to hang out."
"Now, I like that idea!"
"Cool........ so where do you want to hang out?"
"Uh, the park?"
"Sure, I would like that, but I don't know where the park is.."
"We can bike down to it, it's not too far away"
"Okay, right after school?"
"Yeah"
"Okay I'll meet you out front after I talk to Amanda"
"Amanda? You mean the one that smokes?"
"Uh, well.... yeh"
"Bree..."
"Drake, seriously, it's okay, she's a friend"
"But Bree"
"Listen I have to go."
"Oh, okayy well, bye then"
"Bye"
After I hang up I go up to my room to sleep. Half of me can't wait till tomorrow, but at the same time I'm dreading it, and I don't know why.
Anyway, why would he care if talk to Amanda? He's the one who loves the smell of pot! Sometimes guys are just so confusing!
Drake's POV
I just got off the phone with Bree, glad I got to talk to her and that were hanging out, but mad that she is going to hurt herself smoking;
Man, how can I make her understand that smoking isn't right! I know exactly what she has to go to Amanda for and no, I don't like it. But I just don't know how to tell her.
I also don't know what to do about Josh. It's obvious that our friendship is ending, over a girl no less. I can remember back in the day when we were young how we'd promise each other we'd always be best friends, and no one will be able to get in between us. We also promised that we would never date a girl because
1) They are gross
2) They will make us fight
3) They are annoying.
Those were our reasons, and now about 6 years later were fighting over a girl. All I know is for one thing, I am NOT giving up on her.
But the thing is, I have to tell her tomorrow that she needs to stop. And just forget about smoking, because I will NEVER date someone who smokes.
