Good Games for Bridal Showers:
Some Guesswork:
This is a very cute game for a bridal shower and very easy to plan as well. Take a container and fill it with various items such as candies or safety pins. Ensure you count the number of pieces before you put them in the container. At the bridal shower, pass the bottle around and ask your guests to guess the number of items in the bottle. Give them a sheet of paper to write down the number. The person who comes closest to the actual number of items can be declared a winner.
A game of scramble:
Choose a list of words associated with weddings and scramble these words together. Give your guests five minutes to unscramble these words. The person who unscrambles the most number of words obviously wins this bridal shower game.
Touchy Affair!
Use some paper or cloth bags for this bridal shower game. Add some common household items to this bag. Pass this bag around and ask your guests to feel the bag and guess the items in the bag. Make them write it down on a piece of paper. The one who guesses the closest to the number of items in the bag wins the game.
Cute Scrapbooks:
You will need the following items for this game.
Photo Album Pages
Magazines
Markers
Pictures of the groom and bride
Scissors
Make several groups of all your guests. Then, give each group a photo album page, a couple of old magazines and a pair of scissors. Each group also needs to be given a topic- you can have topics such as dating, career, hobbies etc. Let each group create a collage and the collage should be pertaining the topic given to the group. Once all the groups finish the collage, place all the pictures in the photo album. Have fun reliving fond memories and you can even have a prize for the most creative group!
Pin the bouquet:
Most bridal shower games cannot be complete without this one! Let every guest draw a bridal bouquet on a piece of paper and pin up a picture of the bride on the wall. Once your guests have completed drawing the bridal bouquets, blindfold the guests but do so one at a time. Then, ask your guests to tape the bouquet as close to the bride’s hand in the picture. The person who tapes the bridal bouquet closest to the hand wins the prize!
Question time:
For this bridal shower game, the hostess would need to make some questions regarding the bride. Questions such as the age of the bride-to-be or the bride’s favorite color should be compiled. You can even add some funny questions to add more humor to the party. Make your guests answer the questions and the one who knows the bride really well would obviously win the game!
