Here are just a few ghost crafts for Halloween that your kids can make. Hang them for decoration and you will have a ghostly house for Halloween.

Ghost Crafts #1 - Craft Stick Ghost Wind Chime

This one will make an eerie sound as the craft sticks bang together adding a scary sound as well as a scary look for Halloween. This is an easy craft, so is great for kids of all ages.

Supplies
- 6-10 Craft Sticks
- White Paint
- Black Paint or Marker
- String
- Tree Branch
- Spider Webbing
- White String or Yarn
- Scissors
- Hot Glue or White Glue

Directions
1. Paint one side of the craft sticks white. Let this dry and then turn them over and paint the other side.
2. Once both sides are dry, trace on a mouth and eyes on both sides of the craft sticks to create ghosts. You can just leave the outline or use the marker or black paint to fill it in.
3. Find a branch large enough to hang all your craft stick ghost crafts from.
4. Cut different lengths of string or yarn. Glue these to the top of the craft stick on one side. Let the glue dry.
5. Tie off each ghost to the tree branch giving space in between each one (but not too much space as you want them to bang together as the wind blows).
6. Cut a length of spider webbing and stretch this out around the tree branch.
7. Now tie a length of string on both sides of the tree branch for hanging.

This kids ghost craft will look spooky hanging from your porch on Halloween.

Ghost Crafts #2 - Cardboard Tube Ghost Family

Supplies
- 3-4 Cardboard Tubes of different heights
- White Paint
- Black Paint and Marker
- Felt, Buttons, Ribbon and other accessories
- Scissors
- Glue

Directions
1. Paint all the tubes white. Trim off some if needed, in order to make different heights.
2. Once the paint is dry, draw on some eyes and mouth with the marker. Make this long and thin, in order to see the entire face, while looking at the tube.
3. Fill in with black paint. As an option, you can cut the eyes and mouth from black paper.
4. Add accessories like a hat, bow tie, ribbons or whatever you want for your ghost craft family. Now, just display your ghost family on a table for all to see.

Ghost Craft #3 - Tissue Paper Ghosts
This one looks so fluffy and white that they are not too scary, but still make for an adorable Halloween decoration.

Supplies
- Heavy White Paper
- White and Black (or a dark color) Tissue Paper
- White Glue
- String
- Three Hole Punch
- Pencil (with eraser)

Directions
1. Trace out a ghost on your paper and cut it out.
2. Cut out several pieces of white and black tissue paper in 1" squares (cut more white than black).
3. Spread glue on the ghost to form the eyes and mouth. Do this in sections, so the glue doesn't dry.
4. Take one of the black squares of tissue paper and set it on the table. With the eraser end of the pencil placed in the middle of the tissue, twirl to form a bunched up section of tissue.
5. Place this directly in the glue. Repeat this, until you have completed the eyes and mouth.
6. Now spread glue around the remaining sections of the ghost. Do this in small sections, so the glue won't dry.
7. Using the white tissue paper squares, twist them with the pencil eraser and place on the glue. Repeat this, until your ghost is completely covered.

You can add accessories to this fun tissue paper ghost craft as well. We gave ours a cute orange bow tie, using two different colors of orange tissue paper. For the younger kids, it may be difficult to twirl the paper with the pencil eraser. So, just have them bunch it up with their hands.

These are just a few ghost crafts your kids can make this Halloween. Check out all these fun and easy Halloween crafts, including more ghosts, bats, and pumpkins.
