Wedding Centerpieces Using Gerbera Daisy

Line up your bridesmaids and maid of honor to help you create gorgeous centerpieces. As the daisies come in vivid and magnificent colors like red, yellow, salmon, pink, orange, and white centerpieces can be included in any wedding themes. If you feel that gerbera daisies by itself won't bring that charm to your wedding, you can definitely add few more flowers to enhance the centerpieces

Step #1: Select the color(s) combination for the different flowers you want to use as the table decorations. You can select gerbera daisies by itself as well. Keep the fresh daisies in shot glasses or votive holders. These small glasses or holders will work perfectly as it won't come in the way of your guests wanting to communicate across the table. However, if you prefer, you can also place individual flowers on each table.

Step #2: Besides placing the flowers in shot glasses, you can float a large daisy in a bowl of water. Purchase round or square clear glass bowls that will hold one gerbera daisy by itself. Make sure there is not too much space left on the corners or else the finished look won't be attractive enough. It does sound like a simple centerpiece, but it gives the entire decoration a sassy look. You can either place the same colored daisies on each table or a combination of 2-3 colors. Spray some glitter over the flowers to accentuate the look.

Step #3: Take a wide mouthed vase and fill it with some water. Take 3-5 gerbera daisies (similar or contrast colors) to tie them with a ribbon, twine, or raffia. Play with the concept a little and add your own style to complete the centerpieces.

Step #4: Take a vase and tie it with light colored ribbon. Try to get the color of the ribbon to compliment the daisies. Group the daisies together and place them in your decorative vases. If you have an oblong table, run a line of gerbera daisies down the middle of the table.

As a popular trend these days, low centerpiece that features flowers floating in the water, displays elegance.
