Gastronomy and Wine Tours are the majorities who have the passion for Chinese food and Chinese culture.

In China, Wine Culture has a rich historical and influential cultural fingerprint particularly in Chinese Cooking, Wine Vineyards and French picnic on the Great Wall (this is a combination of stylish French gourmet in an Oriental setting.)

Chinese Cooking: Dumplings locally known as Jiaozi is an important aspect of traditional Chinese culture and food. Serving dumplings to guests in China is a symbol of hospitality; within members of the family, it symbolizes reunion. There are different styles of cooking dumplings which can have various fillings from pork, beef or shrimp.

Local Chinese dumplings are the main course during the celebration of the Spring Festival and by tradition, it is required that every family make dumplings shaped into gold and silver bars with a coin inside a particular dumpling; when the family gathers for the feast, the person who finds the dumplings with the coin in it receives good fortune and luck in the coming year.

Wine Vineyards Visit: In northwestern China, the Yellow River offers a great continental climate which has allowed the cultivation of wine grapes possible. This period dates back to the time of the Tang dynasty. The great transformation of China’s economy has made China to be one of the world’s top ten producers of wine; because of this, Vineyards have become a popular sight in the northwest with many wineries. The production of wine has also influenced the Chinese people to develop wine drinking habits for entertainment as well as for relaxation. The Chinese proverb, "life is like wine" is a popular Chinese proverb "人生如酒" which is used to describe the different wine flavors at different times; it is synonymous with the English proverb meaning "Variety is the spice of life".

French Picnic on the Great Wall: This is a trendy tourist activity for Gastronomy and Wine tours in China. The French gourmet idea on the Great Wall stems from the creativity of the presence of the Europeans living in China.

This activity is a combination of European and Chinese culture.

Discovering the art behind Chinese gourmet can indeed be a fun activity especially because of the prominence of Chinese cuisines.
