From Death to Life

The poem describes itself....
The missing soul-protecting shield,
The sacred and awaited unconcealed,
Had been hunted for by the lonesome,
To be found and reveal one outcome.

Lost and shattered in the waves of sea,
Endeavoring to find and save the real me,
I was drowning and falling deep and deep,
When in my heart, I had no one to keep.

Closing my eyes and peacefully losing breath,
For the first time, I was close to sweet death,
When bright brown eyes and a sweet voice,
Called out for me, then gave me a choice.

Now I am glad, you have found and saved my soul,
And I am getting happier knowing you are my all.
