Friendship

I wrote this for a friend of mine when our friendship was going thro a rough time…
F**k the feelings
F**k the touch
F**k the memories
They hurt too much
Sorry for my presence
Sorry for the games
Sorry for the times
I called you bad names
I guess I’m just sad
I guess I’m just weak
I guess I’m just upset
Our friendships future is bleak
I didn’t mean to drag
I didn’t me to dwell
I didn’t mean to let out
The things I shouldn’t tell
But I hope you find your smile
And I hope you find your light
And I hope you find the courage
To make our friendship be alright
