Free Simple Six Pack Ab Training Tips

If you're looking for advice on how to create an effective six pack ab training program, this is what you need to know.
In order to get the most from your six pack ab training, there are a few main things to keep in mind. Being sure you are making the most out of your training will be very important for reaching the goal of getting a six pack. Here is what you should know.

Focus On Weight Lifting First

The first thing you must do is make sure you focus on weight lifting sessions first thing while you're fresh. This is an important six pack ab training tip because far too many people place so much emphasis on other aspects of their training, namely crunches, that they don't end up seeing the results they are actually looking for.

Instead, place your weight lifting first. Then do cardio if you are going to do it, and then finally finish up with ab exercises.

Keep The Workouts Short But Intense

Next, you also need to keep the workouts you're doing short and intense. If you're someone who is performing hour long cardio sessions each day or doing weight lifting workouts that consist of a high volume of sets, you may want to consider reducing this.

While you can see results with these types of workouts, it's typically far better than doing the longer sessions so you should think about shifting things around. Ideally you shouldn't need to spend much longer than 45 minutes in the gym to get what you need to get done. If you are, chances are you're not working out effectively.

Avoid Doing Cardio More Than Three Days A Week

Finally, the third thing you want to make sure you're doing is limiting the volume of cardio you're doing each week to no more than three sessions. Those who are on a six pack ab training program often make the mistake of overdoing it significantly when it comes to cardio which will just limit the results they see.

Instead, they'd be far better off leaving the cardio at a lower level and focusing in intense weight lifting sessions and a proper diet.

This is much more effective for seeing results than cardio. So, keep these points in mind as you go about creating your six pack ab training program.
