Forgotten 3
She leaned closer to him as he turned toward her.
''Remember, those were the same words you told me as you were threatening to kill my sister'' he told her. She stared at him her eyes wide with fear, she didn't understand what he was talking about. He walked closer to her and she whimpered ''Goodbye Liliana'' he smiled. Pain struck her through her chest, she held her chest as blood rushed out. She fell on the floor holding herself, her vision blurred as the man stepped away from her. She blinked trying to figure out what was going on but her vision clouded and she closed her eyes.
Her mind was reeling as she lay there. She felt memories swirl around her. She could see herself standing with a sword to a woman's neck and a man pleading with her. ''Please Liliana let her go'' the man pleaded. She held the sword tighter against the woman's neck, she whimpered ''I don't think so, we had an agreement'' she replied. ''It takes time to find out where they are" he told her. ''In case you haven't noticed I'm running out of damn time, his fucking followers are hunting me down'' she yelled at him. He grimaced ''Just need a little more time''. She thought about then slid the sword against the woman's throat. ''No'' he cried. Liliana tossed the woman toward him and he caught her. ''You have 24 hours'' she glared at him then walked away.
She gasped sitting up, she tried to catch her breath but she couldn't. Her heart beat dramatically. She looked around, she was in a large room decorated with weapons and swords. She could hear people talking in the next room. She got up and peeked outside the door, she could see Blair standing tall and proud without a shirt. His chest covered in small scratches but his tan skin gleaming. He was talking with 2 women. ''Liliana is alive'' one asked. He nodded ''Yes but her current state isn't very good''. ''What do you mean'' another asked. ''She didn't recognize me'' he told them. One got wide-eyed while the other just shrugged. ''I'll go talk to her, see if I can get her to remember anything'' she told them as she walked toward her room. She quickly ran back toward the bed and sat there when the woman entered. Her hair was short brown, her eyes light red as she sat on the bed next to her. ''Liliana I'm so glad to see that your okay'' she smiled. ''Who are you'' she asked. The woman frowned ''I'm Selena your best friend'' she told her. ''My friend'' Liliana repeated. ''Yes we have been friends since we were kids''. Selena scooted closer to her ''You have some brain damage which resulted in memory loss but it will only last for awhile'' she reassured her. Liliana nodded ''OK can you tell me who I am and where I am''. ''Its better if we walk and talk'' she told her standing up and motioning her to follow.
They walked down a large hallway to a large meadow. Flowers blew in the wind as they walked. ''Liliana we are witches, and a special kind. Chosen warriors who are meant to protect people'' she turned to Liliana ''You are the leader and one of the best''. She couldn't believe this but it kinda made sense, she killed a man without even touching him and she was able to travel to another place in a quick second. ''Will I be able to get my memory back'' she asked. ''Of course you are strong but it will take some time, just wait'' Selena told her as she walked away leaving her alone.
Liliana sat down in the meadow thinking about her life. She was a witch and a warrior. And she couldn't really remember her life, she shook her head what else could go happen. ''Overwhelming inst it'' a voice chimed in. She turned to see Blair kneeling by her. Her heart thumped as he sat next to her. ''Yeah pretty much'' she shrugged. He laughed making her blush. ''You know you'll get your memory back'' he told her. She nodded and reached out to touch her hand. He stared at her his eyes gazing into her as she inched closer. She jerked away when there was a sharp pain in the back of her head.
