Forever, My Friend

With time moving on, and our planned future becoming the present Childhood friends are splitting to go their own ways. Saying goodbye to such a large influence is leaving my vulnerable.
With beauty so fragile, I feel the need to be agile.
For the greatest of friends, who is capable of such amends
Its time like these, where I become weak at the knee's.
With your future leading you else where
Your gone in a moments flick of the hair.
With so much in our past, its going to be incredibly hard to let you go so fast.
Along side each moment of laughter, has there been feelings I call dafter.
But always in the end, our friendship has remained strong
In our hearts, we have never purposely done wrong.
Together we have shared many a time.
When the drinks flow, and our hearts glow
With our slightest muse's and every boy that completely confuses us
You've still become what we call "one of a kind" and you'll always shine
here in my mind.
