Forbbiden Part 2

Breakfast anyone?
"Don't use the bubbles I don't know if she's allergic,"
"But it's hypoallergenic sir,"
"Go ahead," Karen watched as he turned to her his face was round with dark eyes and a strong jaw, his skin was pale like milk and the clothes stood out against his skin he was the most gorgeous man she ever laid eyes on.
"Good morning, how are you?" the corners of his mouth tilted up into a sort of half smile. The affect was stunning it sort of took the focus right out of her it took two tries before she could say,
"I'm fine I think,"
"Wild night huh?" she stared at him as he stood there. She opened her mouth to say something but nothing came to mind nothing came out.

"Yeah what a night," she said absently trying to piece together last night. But no matter how hard she tried she couldn't put the pieces together did we sleep together? He is handsome but did we protect ourselves?
"How was your sleep? Restful I hope," all she could do was nod. "Lula will help you with your bath and when you get dressed we can talk over dinner," that was odd to say when did dinner replace breakfast?
"Don't you mean breakfast?" he shook his head and went to the nearest window which was right beside the bed his walk was so graceful it was as if he was gliding watching him walk kind of distracted her from looking out of the window after a moment she leaned forward to look out as he held back the curtains revealing a blue and black sky.

She frowned "How long have I been asleep?"
"For quite some time," he walked away from the window and walked to the door she watched him go. Lula came out of the bathroom and stood in the door way,
"Ah you are awake would you like help with your bath?" her accent was Irish. She was no taller than her with grey hair wrapped in a severe bun. She was a woman of about mid forty with a face hardly wrinkled but her blue eye gave away her age and intelligence. She wore a white shirt and a long tan skirt she had a apron as if she belong in the kitchen,
"No thank you I think I can handle it,"
"Nonsense I won't hear of it," Karen got out of the bed wrapped in the sheet. "Oh come now you don't have anything that I haven't seen before," Karen shook her head. Lula put her hand on her hip,
"Fine then I will wait outside until you need me to wash your back," she left the room and Karen watched her as she shut the door.

She walked to the bathroom and closed the door behind her she looked around and could hardly hold in a gasp in the corner of the bathroom was the biggest tub she ever laid eyes on. She walked past the sink with its granite counter and double sinks and next to that was off to the side was the toilet but the attention grabber was the tub clean white porcelain if she’d ever seen one. She stood over it and stared down at the water it was white with bubble bath that filled the room with the scent of sweet lilacs. Karen let the sheet slip and tested the water with her toes it was just the right temperature she stepped into the water and let her body sink to the bottom of the deep tub. She washed up with the wash cloth and soap that was sitting on a small table beside the tub.

After she rinsed her hair she rested with her head back and her eyes closed. Sometime later someone was lifting her she was still half asleep she gasped and water entered her lungs she was pulled to the surface. She choked and coughed up the water when her vision cleared she saw Lula standing over her.
"Come now I didn't run the bath for you to kill yourself out you go now," she helped her stand and wrapped a large and soft towel around her body and helped her dry off. They went to the other room and Karen was dressed in a dark blue dress that reached the floor Lula fitted her in some dark blue slippers to match they had support and small heels on them.

Lula led her downstairs to the dining room where the table was set for two when Karen turned around to thank Lula she was gone. The handsome man was the only one in the room she reached her hand up to touch the smooth silk of her hair the things Lula could do with a brush she never knew her hair could be tamed in one sitting.
It was swept back into a kind of complex half bun half braid hair-do she forced her hands down to quit from stroking it like a cat.
"What is your name? If I may be so frank," the corners of his mouth turned up into that almost smile of his.
