For the love of Cocktails...

It's a room full of rich...from rich glittering ball gowns, power packed tuxedos and a bar brimming with cocktails. From flaming Lamborghini to B52 shots, it's all there. But wait, you are not in this room filled with cocktails. You are at home and craving a cocktail now aren't you? Well here are some of the most popular cocktail recipes....

Flaming Lamborghini
You will need:

• Kahlua - 1 shot.
• Bailey's Irish Cream - 1 shot.
• Blue Curacao - 1 shot.
• Sambuca - 1 shot.
• Match box.

In a narrow glass, pour the Kahlua and Sambuca. In another similar glass pour the baileys and blue Curacao. Put a straw in the Sambuca glass and light with match sticks. Sip before the straw melts, and add the baileys mixture as you are nearing the end of the Sambuca. Be careful with the fire.

Cosmopolitan
You will need:

• Vodka - 1 shot.
• Triple sec - ½ shot.
• Cranberry juice - ½ shot.
• Lime juice - ½ shot.

In a cocktail mixer, add all the ingredients and shake vigorously, do a jig while you are at it to get into the groove. Strain into a salt-rimmed chilled martini glass, cross your legs and look cosmopolitan with your cosmopolitan.

Daiquiri
You will need:

• Grenadine - 1 part.
• Lemon juice - 2 parts.
• White rum - 4 parts.

Mix all the ingredients well in a cocktail mixer and pour into an ice-filled cocktail glass, next add in your favorite fruit and mix. Sip the night away with your dainty daiquiri.

Long Island Ice Tea
You will need:

• Vodka - ½ shot.
• White rum - ½ shot.
• Triple sec - ½ shot.
• Gin - ½ shot.
• Sweet and sour mix - 3 parts.
• Cola - 3 count.

Take a collins glass and fill ¾ of it with ice. Then add the vodka, rum, triple sec, gin, sweet and sour and to a cocktail mixer and mix well. Pour into the glass and top with cola.

Mai Tai
You will need:

• Dark rum - 2 parts.
• White rum - 2 parts.
• Grenadine - 1 part.
• Pineapple juice - 2 parts.
• Orgeat syrup - a dash.
• Lime juice - 1 part.

In a cocktail mixer, pour all the ingredients and mix well. Strain and pour into a highball glass filled with ice. Add a paper umbrella and garnish with pineapple spear on the rim.

Mojito
You will need:

• White rum - 3 shots.
• Brown sugar - 2 teaspoons.
• Lime - ½.
• Mint leaves - 1 sprig.

Add the lime, sugar and mint leaves to a sturdy bowl and mash for a minute. Pour into a glass filled with crushed ice, then add the rum. Mix well and let the mint leaves rise.

Tequila Sunrise
You will need:

• Tequila - 2 shots.
• Grenadine - 1 shot.
• Orange juice - 1 glass.

Into a highball glass filled with ice, pour the tequila and top it up with the orange juice and grenadine right on top. The grenadine pouring down the glass will give it a sunrise effect.

Kamikaze
You will need:

• Vodka - 1 shot.
• Sour mix - a dash.
• Triple sec - ¾ shot.
• Lime juice - 1 teaspoon.

In a cocktail mixer pour all the ingredients and blend well. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
