Dairy Products
Dairy products such as butter, cream cheese, full fat cheeses, heavy cream could be included in the low carb diet. But one should limit the amount to around one to two ounces.

Other products such as low carbohydrate beer, dry red and white wine and also desserts can be consumed in limited quantities.
