Foods to Avoid When Trying to Lose Weight

A guide to the foods to avoid when trying to lose weight.
I recently vowed to lose ten pounds, now that the new year is here and I am back on my motivational horse. However, I had to do some reviewing of what foods are the best to eat, and the best to avoid when embarking on this journey. By all means, I'm a health & wellness expert, but new and updated tips and findings are always changing science. This article will reveal my findings.

First off, no more bagels! I am a morning bagel person, and bagels are some of the worst carbs you can eat. However, you can shop smartly and buy bagels that are wheat or otherwise altered to be healthier for you. I would recommend putting peanut butter on your bagel if you do eat them, as it contains protein and is much better for you then say, cream cheese.

At lunch, avoid those french fries!!! They are also terrible carbs, being made from potatoes and usually deep fried. Carbs not only build up your midsection and stay in your body for long periods of time, but they also wear you down and make you tired. Not a good mix if you are trying to slim down.

Dinner time, avoid carbs altogether. Do you know over 90% of diets recommend not eating carbs past 6pm? It's true. Your body will store them as you sleep. This means: potatoes, french fries, heavy breads and starches. Avoid that piece of bread with your pasta, and begin your journey to a better body.

Hopefully I can stay the course, and along with a heavy fitness regime and taking weight loss diet pills, I can stay par for the course.

I am a health and wellness expert, and write for several blogs, including Dermajuv Wrinkle Cream review.
