Food for Camping
Food is one of the most important things to take care of once you've decided to go camping. We'll help you make that decision. Just read the article below.

Foods you can Carry When you go Camping
The thing about camping food is that it meddles with human nature. Which means that even when we know that our options are fairly limited, we still expect something delectable to satisfy our hungry stomachs that have been growling after the physical activities. So, in order to satisfy these cravings, we have a list of foods that you can carry with you when you go camping.
Starters and Soups
Don't be surprised. Like we said earlier, you can enjoy a three course meal even if you camping. So let's begin with the soups and appetizers. You'll either be carrying a small makeshift grill or making a fire to grill or heat your food. So, carry some canned soups and a vessel that can withstand direct fire. Look for water, put it in the pot add the soup mix and you're good to go. For appetizers, you can get out some frozen sausages and grill them on the makeshift grill.
Main Course
There is a lot of variety when it comes to the main course during camping. The all-time favorite camping food is bread and anything to go with it. Carry a fresh loaf of bread and some peanut butter, jelly, butter, cheese spread, chocolate spread, etc. Another idea for a main course, especially if you're going camping in the winter is dehydrated food. This includes all kinds of frozen foods from frozen veggies, to meats to tinned beans for that matter. All you have to do is, boil or fry the veggies, roast or fry the meats and boil the beans to enjoy a good second course of your camping meal. You can also carry a stock of fresh fruits like apples, oranges, grapes, etc., and vegetables like carrots, cucumbers, etc., and have a second course of just raw veggies. They're healthy and delicious too!
Dessert
You simply cannot leave out dessert in even when you go camping. For dessert, you can carry your own stash of chocolates or cookies. If you've carried some milk (fresh and in a tetra pack), then you can enjoy some milk and cookies as well. Alternatively, you can also go for the classic camping dessert, s'mores! Just picture some juicy marshmallows placed on a stick, roasting on a fire until they are as per your requirements, while you all sit around and enjoy some scary ghost stories. You can have them plain or with the cookies. There's no better way to enjoy a camping trip than s'mores! It is a very easy food for camping and is very enjoyable and loved by all!
Well, there you have it. Following simple and quite practical steps like not carrying wet or easily perishable food will ensure that you have a good camping experience on a full stomach!
