Gluten Free Peanut Butter Cookies

If you are allergic to gluten and have to stay away from your favorite cookies, you no longer have to go without them. This is the apt recipe for you. With this cookie recipe you will be able to make about 2 dozen cookies.

Ingredients
  • All-Natural Chunky Peanut Butter 1 cup
  • Brown Sugar ½ cup
  • Granulated Sugar ½ cup
  • Egg 1
  • Baking Soda 1 tsp
Method
  • Till you prepare the mixture to make the cookies, preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit, grease a baking sheet with butter or cooking oil and keep aside.
  • Combine peanut butter, granulated sugar and brown sugar in the mixer for about 2 to 3 minutes till well combined.
  • Now add the egg and baking soda to the peanut butter - sugar mixture and mix again for 2 to 3 minutes.
  • Shape the cookies and bake them for 10 to 12 minutes until they are lightly brown in color.
  • After the cookies are done, let them cool on a baking sheet for two minutes, before you savor them.
Flourless and Sugarless Peanut Butter Cookies

One can make peanut butter cookies without using flour as well as without sugar. We will instead use artificial sweetener to make the cookies.

Ingredients
  • Peanut Butter 1 cup
  • Artificial Sweetener 1 cup
  • Vanilla Extract 1 tsp
  • Egg (beaten) 1
  • Baking Soda 1 tsp
Method
  • In a mixer, mix peanut butter and artificial sweetener together for 3 to 4 minutes, so that they are well combined.
  • Then add vanilla extract and egg to the mixture and mix well.
  • At last add baking soda and mix for 2 to 3 minutes, before you roll it into cookies.
  • Place the cookies on a greased baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 8 to 10 minutes, until light golden brown in color.
Flourless Vegan Peanut Butter Cookies

This is a recipe especially for the vegans. It does not contain egg, unlike other recipes.

Ingredients
  • Peanut Butter 1 cup
  • Brown Sugar ½ cup
  • White Sugar ½ cup
  • Very Ripe Banana (mashed or pureed) 1
  • Baking Soda 1 tsp
  • Vanilla ½ tsp
  • Vegan Chocolate Chips ¾ cups
Method
  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit, till you get the cookies in place.
  • In a mixer mix peanut butter, brown sugar, white sugar, banana, baking soda and vanilla and beat till well combined.
  • Now add in the chocolate chips and mix well.
  • Take the dough and shape it into a cookie.
  • Place the cookies on a baking sheet a little away from one another.
  • Bake the cookies, till you see them puffed and golden brown in color.
  • It will take about 10 to 12 minutes for the cookies to bake.
  • After the cookies are done, let them cool on the sheets for 5 minutes and then transfer them to the racks to cool completely.
  • Your cookies are now ready to be eaten.
When you are making flourless peanut butter cookies, you can make crisscross pattern on the cookies, before you bake them, so that they look authentic cookies. If you have kids eating the cookies, you can add different nuts to the cookies to make them more nutritious as well.
