For everybody who waited and worried to be hit by Irene and the other storms, which was an ordeal in itself.

There is panic
In the air
Water seeps, creeps
Everywhere...

And on the high ground
They still don't make a sound
They worry...

Is this when the water finally wins?
Is this the year?

As the flood draws near
All drown
In fear...
