  2. If the fruit has any rind, seeds or pits remove it. In case you are using citrus fruits, then you may not want to remove the zest.
  3. Place the fruits in a sealed container. Add vodka to the fruits and make sure, that the fruit chunks are completely covered with vodka.
  4. Now cover the container tightly and place it in a cool, dark, dry place.
