First Impressions Start With Your Eyes

You never have a second chance to make a first impression. The eyes play a pivotal role in your first impression. Be sure to stay fresh around the eyes by following this advice and you will always be in position to make a good first impression.
The old saying goes "You never get a second chance to make a first impression" could not be more correct. That statement is famous among society and is 100% accurate. Did you know your first impression starts at your eyes? It's true, most people look you in the eye upon first glance. Just like in high-stakes poker games, the eyes can give people information about your mood, personality, and lifestyle.

Keep your eyes fresh at all times. This is important to remember. If you don't sleep well, make a change to that. All night parties don't help your eye area. They will leave you with puffy eyes, bags under the eyes, and even dark circles under the eyes. This is not an attractive set of traits to possess and it also gives people the impression you live an unhealthy lifestyle. Sleep is the most important part of keeping your eyes fresh and revitalized.

Water consumption and basic hydration also plays a part in keeping the eyes fresh. Just like your body runs on water, your eyes do also, to an extent. Try to drink 8 glasses of 10 oz. of water per day in order to keep the eye area in prime form.

Also, you can eat right to ensure your eyes are healthy. Fruits, vegetables, and nuts all contain antioxidants. These are important to not only your overall well-being, but to skin rejuvenation under the eyes. Fill your body with the right fuel to supercharge the eye area and you will be on your way to looking healthy and energetic.

The eyes, like it or not, are judged by people. Red eyes give the impression of alcoholism, and puffy eyes give off the notion that you party too much and don't get much sleep. Be sure to take proper care of your eyes, because as they old saying goes "you never get a second chance to make a first impression."
