  • Mild salsa - 400 grams
  • Corn chips (To serve)
  • Ripe avocados - 2
Procedure: First cut the ripe avocados into half and then remove the seeds inside them. Scoop out the flesh of the avocados with the help of a spoon. Collect this in a small bowl and add lemon juice and salsa to it. Mash these ingredients such that some avocado chunks remain in the mixture. Now serve this mixture in small containers with corn chips, your party finger food is ready.

Cheese Spinach Finger Food

Ingredients
  • Eggs - 2
  • Milk - 1 cup
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Sifted flour - 1 cup
  • Monterey jack cheese - 1 pack
  • Frozen chopped spinach - 1 package (10 ounces)
  • Baking powder - 1 tablespoon
Procedure: First cook and drain the frozen spinach as per the directions given on the package. Then put all the ingredients in a medium-sized bowl and mix them properly. Take a appropriate sized baking pan and grease it with some butter. The pour the mixture into the pan and bake it for 45 minutes at 350 degree Fahrenheit. Then let the mixture cool for 10 minutes and cut it into small square to serve.

Ingredients
  • Sweet potatoes - 2
  • Cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger (grounded)
Procedure: First wash, peel and cut the sweet potatoes into small cubes. Then keep the cubes in a microwave container and cook them in the microwave for 5 to 7 minutes. Then sprinkle some grounded nutmeg, cinnamon and ginger over the sweet potato cubes.

Fruit Treat

Ingredients
  • Banana (small) - Half
  • Plain yogurt - 2 tablespoons
  • Ripe peach - 1 or 2
  • Baby oatmeal - 1 to 2 tablespoons
Procedure: Peel the peaches and cut them into small cubes. Then in a medium-sized bowl, mash the yogurt and banana until they blend well. Then put in the peach cubes into this mixture and stir the mixture well so that the cubes are well coated. Later roll these cubes into the oatmeal flakes and serve.
