When you think about homecoming you think about team spirit, the big game, school spirit, and more than anything else, the homecoming dance. Keep in mind the weather when you are choosing your formal dress. Because Homecoming happens in the fall the weather may become a bit cooler in the evening than you have been used to. You may not want to go with a strapless dress or something too skimpy for this dance. A capped sleeve or something slightly off shoulder may be more appropriate for the weather. If you prefer the strapless look you may want to look into getting a shawl to keep you from shivering.
