Do you know that there are many types of stress? When we usually hear the word stress it has a negative connotation but we should all know that there are different types of stress and not all are negative. Basically stress can be divided in a positive - Eustress and a negative - Distress.
Life is not easy and there are many unwanted failures that come in everyone’s life. This causes stress and in many cases it also takes the center stage of our lives. It causes lots of agony especially when you do not find someone to comfort you and give you proper support in handling such stressful moments.

Stress can be of different kinds and can manifests itself in several different ways. This means that each kind of stress has to be solved in different ways with its specific approach. As a person it is good to understand the different types of stress so that you can learn better ways of handling them effectively.

Conflict stress is one type that has greatly manifested in people. There are people who normally fear an element of humiliation and this is what makes the fight for their stand and they can never compromise. Giving up their positions is what cause stress in them and worsens the situation by having no say over the others. However, there are other forms of conflict stress which are mild yet they play a very big role in destroying the health of a person. Family quarrels are ranked in this, where people mostly find themselves arguing on various issues of life including family matter, sports, favorites among other things and these are not in any way healthy.

Failure stress is another common type of stress. This is where many people get frightened when they fail in their attempt in many issues of life. Stress comes in when they see that they do not have a say and the ball in not on their side to be able to control issues of life. There are other failures in life, for instance career wise where no matter how hard one gets into something, he or she fails and makes nothing out of it. The thinking is what fuels the stress in trying to come up with strategies of making it in life only to hit a dead end.

Monotony stress can also be included in life stresses. There are times when one is stressed because of monotony. Life at least has to have some challenges so that it keeps one posted al through and makes it interesting. Without the challenges, there are no surprises or any new aims leaving an empty room where development cannot be made bringing one down slowly. In the later stages, you discover that you have not made any progress and that you are past time and this is where stress manifests itself in trying to catch up in life.
