This slow injection will enable your bodies insulin to use it up. When this is done, no sugar will be left over resulting in no fat stores in your body.

With that being said, you cannot live off of carbohydrates alone. You also need to incorporate proteins such as fish, chicken or beef into your diet. And finally, legumes such as lentils and black beans need to be eaten with every meal as well. This addition will enable your body to grow and keep going strong as the day progresses.
